ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

Pharmacology is the study of kinetics and dynamics of drugs. It involves elaborated discussion of drug and living system interaction in terms of efficacy and safety. It prepares the students with basic to advanced knowledge that can be useful for their careers in research, academia, industry or government. The department of Pharmacology is well established with state of the art equipment to conduct pharmacological studies. The facilities of the department includes Animal house established as per the rule of CPCSEA, Gov.of India. The department has been engaged in multi-disciplinary research, it has been serving the needs of various other departments which are involved in drug discovery such as Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacognosy and Pharmaceutics\u00a0 etc. The department has highly qualified and competent staff members who are passionate about teaching and research.<\/p>\n
